Customs and Duties

Customers Please Note: Although our offices are located in Canada, most of our merchandise is shipped directly from our U.S. Warehouse. Due to the fact that 90% of our customers are U.S. Residents, and to better serve our customers, we found that it would be better to ship directly from our U.S. Warehouse.

Canadian and International Customers are responsible for custom duties, taxes and fees that would normally be charged for products purchased in the US. Please check with your country's customs department for more information. We do ship International Orders through the Postal Service as they charge only a fraction of the Duties and Customs fees that Courier Companies charge for International Shipments.

The customer is responsible for customs clearance, import duties, and any other storage or custom related fees. We recommend that non-U.S. Bikers' Den customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and supplied. Refused shipments will incur a 10% restocking fee. We are sorry, but we are unable to refund the shipping charges on refused shipments.

Returns, Exchanges and Guarantees

The Bikers' Den wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and that is why we offer this simple 15 Day Product Exchange / Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 15 days from the date your order was received. Before returning an item, please follow the return instructions below and include a copy of the invoice that was shipped along with the products you are returning. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that have been used and/or display visible signs of use.

When we have received your returned products, we will issue a credit to your credit card equaling the cost of the item. Original shipping charges and shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept C.O.D. returns. In the event that The Bikers' Den ships an incorrect item, however, please email us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label at no charge.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the time that we receive your returned product for the credit to be issued to your credit card. We will refund the credit as soon as we receive and process your return, however, your Credit Card Company may take as long as 10 days to have the credit appear on your statement.

Return Instructions

• Christmas Gift Returns & Exchanges: To return an Xmas gift for a refund, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving the order. After the 15 days, Exchanges & Store Credit will be accepted until January 20th. In either case, please contact us to receive complete return/exchange instructions.

Customer Privacy Policy

We do not sell, trade, borrow, or loan your information to any other Website or company. Your IP Address is only used to gather demographic information about our customers. Cookies will only be used to keep track of the products you place in your shopping cart. Customers who place an order with The Bikers' Den will have their contact information and shipping address stored in our database. Please note that your financial information (ie. Credit Card Number) is never stored in our database, making it impossible for anyone to gain unauthorized access to your sensitive financial information from our site. Our site contains links to other Websites and The Bikers' Den is not responsible for the privacy practices or content on these other sites.

Coupons and Special Promotions

The Bikers' Den frequently offers special promotions and coupons to our customers. Coupons are automatically set to expire after a specified date. Each customer can use valid coupons on multiple orders until the coupon has expired. In some cases, The Bikers' Den issue one-time use coupons allowing the recipient to use it only once on a single order. Placing multiple orders with the same one-time use coupon will result in the cancellation of all orders, except the original order.

Cancellation Policy

In most cases, we try to ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure that you receive your products in a timely manner. We realize, however, that sometimes changes or cancellation of your order is necessary. To allow for a fair cancellation policy, and yet allow for quick delivery times, we will begin physically processing your shipment after 1 - 3 daysof receiving your order. This gives you a 24 hour window, from the time you placed your order, to make changes or to cancel. Please note that orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on civic holidays will be processed within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.

The Bikers' Den reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason by refunding the total amount paid. We are not responsible for typographical errors and may cancel any order that includes items that have been erroneously described, portrayed or priced.
